Create a CGI with Pascal

There are some who say that the programmer may Pascal never dreamed could create web-based application. Indeed, at this point there is no tool / library that can be used specifically by Pascal programmer to create web based applications, except perhaps framework. NET is Microsoft. But with a little work especial, the Pascal programmer can actually take part in this one.
This article I write to share your experiences to create a CGI program with Pascal. I was initially curious about the statement that the CGI can be created with any language pemrograman1. If so, of course CGI can also be made by using Pascal. So fun I try kutak-katik Apache webserver on my computer, and be this paper. Specification of the system that I use is Pascal for DOS platform and the Apache webserver 1.3.22. As a note, I have not tried this on a web server than Apache, and does not work on the IIS web server.
